• Large-scale businesses are only eligible with explicit approval.
3. Product Standards:
• Products must align with DozMart’s focus on originality and quality. Imported or mass-produced goods that misrepresent local entrepreneurship may be restricted.

1. 1. Products must meet ethical and quality guidelines. Listings with inaccurate descriptions or misleading claims will be removed.
   2. By uploading content, businesses grant DozMart a license to use it for platform promotion.

6. Privacy and Data Security

1. 1. DozMart securely stores business information for operational purposes, including notifications and account access.
   2. Payment details may be shared with financial institutions to resolve issues.

7. Dispute Resolution

1. 1. Customer Complaints: Businesses must address complaints promptly. If unresolved, DozMart may mediate.
   2. Platform Disputes: Disputes between businesses and DozMart will be resolved by the platform’s management team.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Businesses must not:

9. Termination

   2. Involuntary Termination: DozMart may terminate accounts for policy violations. Refunds for paid packages will not be issued in such cases.
